Student Bus Passes

Passes for the Summer will be available to purchase from 1st April 2024.

The cost of a term pass is £295.

There are no single day fares, weekly passes or one way passes available due to monitoring passengers travelling.

*Unfortunately, due to lack of numbers travelling on the bus this year we are not able to offer a reduction for year 11 students*

How to buy a pass

To buy a pass, we will need the following:

· Childs name

· Boarding point

· a current head and shoulders passport style photo

(If your child has travelled for the Autumn term this is not required)

These need to be emailed through to schools@portsmouthcitycoaches.co.uk with child’s name as subject.

Payments can be made by card over the phone on 01243 378337 (office hours only)

or by bank transfer.

We have had a lot of issues with people paying late. This causes a delay in getting bus passes produced.

The cut off for buying passes this year will be Friday 12th April. After this we reserve the right to not issue a pass.

*It will be a strict 'No pass, No Travel' *

The office will be closed from 1/4/24 - 4/4/24 (inclusive).
